Automated executive reporting
6 hours → 5 minutes
A report somebody rebuilt by hand every single Monday. Now a script assembles it and emails each manager their numbers at 5 AM, before anyone clocks in.

Month-end takes a week.
Nothing actually talks to each other.
You're paying a human hourly wage to do a robot's job.

Copy-paste hell between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
If you nodded at two of these, keep reading.

Fast, boring, reliable hosting. I run it myself, on the same infrastructure my automations live on.

Two days a week of printing, validating, and stuffing envelopes. Replaced by one 30-second script that emails every document, encrypted, using the addresses already in the system.

You email me the manual thing you hate.

I scope it, quote a fixed number.

I build it, you QA it, it runs without you.

I'm Bradley Roth — 24 years in IT, and the person you'll always talk to here.
A small dedicated team backs me, and everything we ship is personally QA'd by me before it reaches you.
Once took a panic call in the middle of a family road trip. Two hours later the client's hacked CEO email was locked down and every contact notified, all from the passenger seat.
Headquartered in Crestview, Florida, with a second home base in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Remote-first, serving clients across the US and Canada.
I do my best work with owner-led companies where the person who feels the pain can also say "yes." I'm probably not a fit if:
You need net-60 or net-90 terms.
Every decision routes through three layers and a committee.
Getting me access to your systems takes six weeks of tickets.
You want the cheapest bid, not the thing that actually works.
Managed IT has a ceiling too, on purpose: the model is right for teams up to about 75 users, with the roster intentionally capped around a dozen managed companies. That's what keeps support personal.
If that's not you — if you can point at the problem and decide to fix it — email me. You'll hear back within the hour.
Projects start at $7,000, and most land around $13,500. Large multi-month builds have reached $35,000. You get a fixed quote before any work starts. I'd rather quote high and deliver more than the reverse.
Most single automations go from first email to running in production within a few weeks. Bigger multi-system builds take a couple of months. You'll get real dates in the quote, not a vague 'when it's done.'
No. Describe the process you hate in plain English; that is genuinely all I need. I handle the technical side, and everything I build ships with documentation written for humans.
The usual suspects: ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Excel and its many cousins, ERPs, CRMs, and plenty of software you've never heard of. If it holds your data, I can almost certainly get it talking to something else. If I can't, you'll hear that in the first reply.
You email me and I fix it. Everything I build is monitored, so I usually know before you do. And it stays yours: your systems, your code, your documentation. No lock-in.
Because most firms hide it, and you shouldn't need a sales call to find out whether we're in the same ballpark. Real numbers save both of us time.
Email me the manual thing you hate. A human (me) reads it and answers within the hour, usually minutes.
