Email Me. A Human Answers.

Within the hour, usually within minutes, seven days a week. If I'm literally on a mountain, next morning. No autoresponders pretending to be me, no bot asking you to "rephrase your question."
A human answers. This human. There's a small dedicated team behind me for the heavy lifting, but you'll always work with me directly, and everything is personally QA'd by me before it reaches you.
The button opens your email app with the questions pre-filled. If email links don't work on your machine, there's a copy-address button and a plain form right below it.
Email links not opening anything? Use the fallback form.
Where I work from, and where I work
Headquartered in Crestview, Florida, with a second home base in Fayetteville, Arkansas. That means the Florida panhandle and Northwest Arkansas are local; everywhere else is a screen share.
The work is remote-first: clients across the US and parts of Canada, handled without truck rolls. Ninety-nine days out of a hundred, remote is simply faster for both of us.
Major issue? I'll fly in. That's rare, and it's my call to make, not a dispatcher's.
What to include (the whole template, expanded)
These are the four things that let me answer like a human who read your email. Same questions the button pre-fills:
The manual process
what you'd dump on a new hire on their worst day
Hours per week
a guess is fine; "half of Tuesdays" counts
Systems involved
e.g., ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Excel, that one DOS thing
When you'd like it handled by
a real date beats "ASAP"; I'll tell you if it's doable
Or ignore all of it and just vent about the process — I'll ask the four questions back. That works too.

Before you write it
I want us both to win. I'm probably not your guy if you need net-60/90 terms, decisions route through committees, system access takes six weeks of tickets, or you're hunting the cheapest bid. The pricing page explains what fits: published, not hidden.
If you can point at the problem and decide to fix it, send the email. That's the whole qualification.
