Terms of Service
Effective date: August 19, 2026
These terms describe how Adonis Consulting actually works, in the same plain language as the rest of this site. The short version: I build custom business automation, provide managed IT support, and run cloud hosting, under written agreements, for fixed prices, with no fine print that contradicts the plain print.
What I actually do
Custom business automation projects (reports, integrations, data migration, document automation), managed IT support on per-device tiers for teams up to about 75 users, and managed cloud hosting for SaaS apps, business systems, and email. Everything I sell is described on this site honestly; anything that ever differs between this site and your written agreement, the agreement wins. And I'll tell you that before you sign, not after.
Quotes and payment
Work happens under fixed-scope, fixed-price quotes. Published ranges are ranges, and your specific number comes in writing before any work starts. Payment terms are net-30 standard. I don't do net-60 or net-90; a shop this size can't float enterprise payment schedules, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Expenses, if any, are agreed up front: no surprise line items.
Warranties: what's promised
What I promise is what's written in your project agreement: scope, dates, price, and the response standard. No implied warranties beyond it, no marketing superlatives that secretly became contract language. If I build it, it does what the agreement says, or I make it right.
Limitation of liability
Plain version: my liability for any engagement is capped at the fees actually paid for that engagement. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses: lost profits, lost data caused by third-party systems, consequential damages of the kind lawyers put in italics. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.
Governing law
Florida. Adonis Consulting operates from Crestview, Florida, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
