IT Support in Crestview, the Panhandle & Northwest Arkansas.

If you've been searching for IT support in Tallahassee or IT services in Tallahassee, here's the honest version: I'm Bradley Roth, headquartered in Crestview about an hour west, with a second home base in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I support owner-led businesses across the whole panhandle, Tallahassee to Pensacola, and across Northwest Arkansas, with clients well beyond both, handled remote-first. Automation is the front door of this business, but computers still break, email still bounces, and somebody still has to keep the lights on. That's this half.

You get me, not a rotating cast of technicians who've never heard of your server.

What's covered

  • Email and Microsoft 365: setup, migrations, and the "why is this bouncing" questions. Licensing can run through me too: $13.20/seat for the full suite, $4.50 email-only.

  • Workstations, servers, and the network they live on, kept patched and kept boring

  • Hardware procurement & staging: tell me what you need, or just describe the problem. I research the right hardware, buy it, stage it, and ship it ready to plug in. Hardware bills at cost plus 10%. The 10% covers research, purchasing, pickup, unboxing, and staging.

  • Backups that actually restore (tested, not assumed); cloud backup storage for a server runs $25/server/mo

  • Security fundamentals: multi-factor, phishing triage, "is this email a scam?" (usually yes)

  • Vendor wrangling: your ISP, printer lease, and software vendors, so you don't have to

  • The flat per-device monthly bill, with no surprise invoices for looking at a problem

The fine print, up front

Who this is for: owner-led trade firms (HVAC, plumbing, electrical shops) that are big enough to need real IT and too small to hire a full-time IT person. Plus existing automation clients who'd rather the person who built the thing also answer when it misbehaves.

Pricing, from the rate card I actually bill from

Three tiers, per device, per month. Pick the tier, multiply by your devices. That's the bill.

Basic

$75/device/mo

  • Monitoring & alerting
  • Business-hours helpdesk
  • Patch management
  • Database setup & monitoring
  • 10 hrs/mo remote support included (non-rollover)

Standard

$125/device/mo

  • Everything in Basic, plus:
  • Managed backup & disaster recovery
  • Security management
  • License management
  • Custom business automation included
  • 10 hrs/mo remote support included (non-rollover)

Advanced

$175/device/mo

  • Everything in Standard, plus:
  • 24/7 helpdesk
  • Network management
  • Vendor management
  • Architectural systems design
  • 10 hrs/mo remote support included (non-rollover)

Volume discounts: 5% off over 20 devices · 10% off over 50 devices. Past the included hours: $112.50/hr prepurchased, or $225/hr ad-hoc. You'll always know which rate you're on before the clock starts.

Add-ons

Cloud backup storage

$25/server/mo

Server backup isn't optional, and the storage that holds it isn't either. $25 a month per server we back up is the honest cost of the Standard tier's backup promise.

Attaches to any tier that includes managed backup (Standard or Advanced).

Microsoft 365 and email licensing

$13.20/seat · $4.50 email-only

  • Microsoft 365 Business Standard: $13.20/seat/mo
  • Exchange Online (email-only): $4.50/seat/mo

Billed and managed through me: same licenses, one fewer invoice for you, and you keep ownership of the account and the data.

My card stays on file for renewals. If Microsoft moves their prices, these move with them.

Hardware, staged & ready

Cost + 10%

Tell me what you need, or just describe the problem. I research the right hardware for the job, buy it, stage it (updates, configuration, domain/MDM enrollment, security baseline), and ship it ready to work. It arrives ready to plug in because there's no good reason it shouldn't.

The 10% isn't padding. It covers the unglamorous hours between "we need a PC" and "it works": researching the right fit, purchasing, pickup, unboxing, and staging. On managed plans, staging can come out of your included hours instead. Your call.

Honest math

  • 10 employees / ~12 devices: $900–$2,100/mo depending on tier
  • + 2 servers on cloud backup ($50) and 11 Microsoft 365 Business Standard seats ($145.20) would land near $195/mo on top
  • 50+ devices: the 10% volume discount kicks in

Per device, per month; every tier includes 10 hours/month of remote support (non-rollover).

Capability, plainly: this model is right for teams up to about 75 users. The managed roster itself is intentionally capped around a dozen companies. That's what keeps support personal. Past that I stop knowing everyone's name, and knowing everyone's name is the entire product.

When you email or call, I answer. There's no helpdesk tier between you and the person doing the work. There's a small, dedicated team behind me for the hands-on load, but you'll always interact with me directly, and everything they touch is personally QA'd by me before it reaches you. I'm not a monolith, but nothing leaves this shop without passing my desk.

Lights on. Phone answered.

Email me what's broken — or what you're tired of babysitting. Replies within the hour, usually minutes.
